We are a Notary office with more than 14 years of experience.

AFTER HOURS/WEEKEND SERVICE IS AVAILABLE 24-HOURS A DAY.

We serve the following cities: Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Westwood, Brentwood, West L.A., West Hollywood, Culver City, Beverly Hills, Van Nuys, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, El Segundo, Malibu, Carson, Tarzana, Woodland Hills, North Hollywood, Burbank, Valley Village, Valley Glen, Glendale, Pasadena and generally the entire Los Angeles County.

We are providing a much needed Notary, Signing and Document services in Los Angeles since 1995.

We service Mortgage Lenders, Brokers, Title and Escrow Companies, Attorneys, and for all other Private Party business transactions - weather in our office - situated in a prestigious Wilshire Boulevard building, or at a place of your choice.

We do document printing (including legal size and duplexing), courier shipping with all major couriers, late courier pickup (9pm), document pickup and delivery from your Escrow/Title/Mortgage company.

We provide service in English, Spanish, Russian and Bulgarian Languages.

SCHEDULE OF FEES

NOTARY WALK-IN AT OUR OFFICE
Per Notarized Signature: $10
Loan Signing (1 loan): $100
Loan Signing (2 loans): $175

TRAVELING NOTARY
Walk-up charge within the building: $8 (floors 1-10), $12 (floors 11-18)
Walking charge: $15 (up to 1 block in either direction)
or Trip charge West LA: $20 FLAT
or Trip charge Elsewhere: $50 + $0.50/mile (both directions)
Per Notarized Signature: $10
Loan Signing (1 loan): $100
Loan Signing (2 loans): $175

OTHER
     OUTSIDE OF NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS SURCHARGES:
     Weekday After Hours Service (in addition to signing fees - Mon-Fri 8 pm - midnight, all day holidays): $40 per client (more than one person about the same transaction are considered one client).
     Weekend Day Service (in addition to signing fees - Sat, Sun 10am - 5pm): $20 per client
     Late Night Service (in addition to signing fees - Tue - Fri: Midnight - 9 am , Sat MIdnight - 10am, Sat 5pm - Sunday 10 am, Sun 5 pm - Mon 9am): $75 per client ( !!! SEND TEXT MESSAGE/SMS TO REQUEST TO 323-428-3736 !!! )
If you call to request service after hours, we charge after hours rates (depending on when you called), even if the actual signing happens during regular hours.
Short Documents Printing (up to 10 pages): $10
Loan Docs Printing (eDocs OK): $30 per set (2 copies)
Docs Shipping: $5 + carrier charges
Escrow Billing: $10
